There are two types of order that can be cancelled on Jumia. Once your order falls into any of the two categories you can go ahead and cancel them if you desire. They are listed below.
Unconfirmed Order
Unconfirmed order can be easily canceled on the Jumia site. This is the type of order that has not been fully processed and therefore can be canceled with just a click of the button. All you need to do is click on cancel under each item that you do not want anymore.
Shipped Order
This is another type of order that can be canceled on Jumia. As long as the product is still en route to you and has not gotten to its destination you can cancel it. All you need to do is follow the procedure we will be explaining below.
How To Cancel Order On Jumia
According to Jumia policy you can cancel an order even after you have paid and confirmed the order. This can be done from the website or mobile app. When you cancel such order your money will be refunded to you. Here is steps to cancel order on Jumia.
1. Log In To Your Jumia Account
You can log in to your Jumia account on the website or the mobile app if you have downloaded it. Click on the account menu on the homepage. When you click on it, you will see a drop-down menu. On the menu you should navigate to the “My Orders” tab and click on it.

It is important to note that Jumia does not allow for the cancellation of global order once it has been shipped.
